There are benefits to mental wellbeing, reduced stress on and in our body, reduced inflammation, risk of heart attack, stroke, probably a whole lot more. Oh, and you're pretty likely to lose weight too. You might also, find it easier to stay motivated on feeling better mentally and physically rather than on whether you can wear skinny jeans and a bikini.
