Episode 12:In this episode we go over why it is imperative not to react. The more we react the more the holographic simulation reality we exist in will continue to bring you more of those events. This leads more credence into the loosh/energy farm theory. DO NOT REACT! Surrender to the present situation. Whatever happens let it be ok. Look at every situation as if you've chosen it. Use the self inquiry meditation and letting go but if its a deeper emotional wound then do forgiveness method. AVOID caffeine, nicotine, alcohol! These substances increase beta brain waves and decrease alpha brain waves which disconnects us from the essence of our being, our true nature. Why do we live in a place with so much brutality and violence? Why was this world created for pain and suffering? Our nervous system is jacked into this simulation type of ai reality. The moon cycles are one example as to how our emotions are highjacked and manipulated. Emotions connected to neurotransmitters which connects to our brain waves. Sure one can ride the wave of familiarity of pain and pleasure, ups and downs or one can choose to realize the self and abide in the self and avoid these extremes imposed upon us. Most people are addicted and attached to these extremes. It will take some courage to break this attachment and realize the self. It can be done, it must be done. You are THAT! REALIZE THE SELF!
