Co-parenting can be as easy or hard of a journey as those involved make it. Unfortunately, society is set up where most are not as amicable as they could/should be. Yes, there is a lot of nuance as to why couples split and result in co-parenting. No, it doesn't have to be hard. Yes, there are situations that make it extremely challenging for one or both parties involved (which can be very disheartening).
