Kylie Ross is a former Division I soccer player from Baylor University where she received both an undergrad as well as Master’s degree. During her last season at Baylor she created a YouTube channel which has since gained over 140,000 subscribers! Kylie and her videos are all about sharing her passion for sports, health, fitness, and more about her life as a female athlete. In this episode, Kylie talks about sitting on the sidelines her first two years at Baylor, recovering from a painful ACL injury, body image insecurities, the pressure of being "healthy," and finding her identity after sports.
