Listen "BREAKING: Hunter Biden Found Guilty On All Counts in Firearm Trial"

Episode Synopsis

In a recent turn of events, a panel of twelve jurors in the firearm trial involving President Biden's son, Hunter Biden, found him liable on all counts pressed against him. The conviction, related to Hunter's involvement in a contentious firearm acquisition in 2018, now puts him possibly facing considerable incarceration time. The 54-year-old Biden, unfortunately, becomes a historical figure, albeit for unenviable reasons. He has the dubious distinction of becoming the inaugural child of a currently-serving US President to not only face a court trial but also to be convicted of a federal offense. During the judicial proceeding, Hunter Biden was accompanied by a number of Biden family members and close associates. This group comprised of First Lady Jill Biden, Melissa Cohen Biden - his spouse, his half-sibling Ashley Biden, a family friend known as Kevin Morris, his aunt Valerie Biden Owens, and James Biden - the President's brother. The liability heaped on Hunter Biden stemmed primarily from two significant, albeit unfortunate circumstances. The jury concluded that Hunter was culpable for providing untruthful information on ATF Form 4473 when he acquired a Cobra Colt .38 in the fall of 2018. However, the problematic concerns around Hunter did not conclude there. The jury, in its wisdom, also discovered that Hunter was in possession of the firearm in question while being a user of a prohibited substance.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
