Real Native Roots: Untold Stories respectfully introduces to you Sahar Khajenoury, a Diné (Navajo) and Persian woman who values kinship, the land, and her roots. Sahar's school project opened doors to the environment and social justice issues and creatively found ways to lift Native voices through media. While doing this work and other avenues, she found herself challenged for her mixed heritage. Regardless of her journey, she continues to forge forward, inspiring our young relatives to see their passion. Join us with giggles and take on her challenge!
