Dr Kristopher Rallah-Baker, a Yuggera/Biri-Gubba-Juru man, is Australia's first indigenous Opthamologist and a trailblazer in Australian medicine.According to the National Eye Health Survey, 90% of vision loss in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander is preventable - but with limited resources, these cases aren't always tended to.During COVID, Kris was President of the Australian Indigenous Doctors Association, a MASSIVE responsibility in regular circumstances...but as 2020 seems to do, his life and responsibilities were amplified.
