Welcome to the show, Dr. Melissa Winfield! Melissa and I engage in an intimate conversation about an influential woman in both our lives: Janette Stoltzfus. Janette was a close friend of mine but more important, Melissa's mom. Janette lived out a powerful life of faith while battling bone cancer for more than 7 years before her death in November 2015.
Melissa Winfield is a clinical psychologist in private practice. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from George Fox University. Melissa loves serving with her church's youth ministry and Center for Racial Reconciliation. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, hiking and camping. She lives with her husband, Paul, near Pasadena, CA.
