In this episode of the Real Estate Power Play Podcast, hosted by Mark Monroe, Ronald Walker, Marty Grizzanti, and Gabe Rodarte, We are joined with one of our good friends Chase Howard, Chase is doing some pretty cool stuff so we're going to go through that and get to hear a little bit about his story and understand how to get into single family all the way through the gamut of different things that he's doing now. They also shared a backstory on how they joined a group a while ago, which goes back into networking and masterminds. It’s a must, especially if you're just getting started and you need to build your database of friends, your database of contacts, your database of people who you can rely on and trust.  In addition, the Real Estate Power Play Podcast, presented by Mark Monroe, Ronald Walker, Marty Grizzanti, and Gabe Rodarte. Chase shared his story how they decided to some rentals. He shut down his acquisitions; he had a few more dispositions, a few more sales to do, and as those sales would come through the pipeline, he would then a pay off some private investors that they had and then B they’d buy an actual rent house. They built a portfolio of like 16 or 17 houses that they just held that we kept as rentals, not a lot. But again, that's one year, four years at this point in business, but one year really trying to grow a rental portfolio. At the end of that following year things really started to pick up. They start building up their expenses, next thing they know by the end of 2018 they’re flipping like maybe four or five houses a year and they're covering our debt.In this episode of the Real Estate Power Play Podcast, hosted by Mark Monroe, Ronald Walker, Marty Grizzanti, and Gabe Rodarte.
