Currently serving as VP of Acquisition and Financial Strategy for a portfolio of 7 apartments buildings, with his team mostly recently stabilizing a 96 unit within 90 days of closing, exceeding Pro Forma estimates. Responsible for sourcing, structuring, and execution of new acquisitions. Expert in sales, acquisitions, deal structure, creative finance. Additional experience in Capital Raising and Asset Management.
