After 20 years in corporate life, Clive became an entrepreneur and focused on the acquisition, ownership, and operation of large multifamily communities. He is a general partner with over $135M in assets under management. He and a partner are also building a 90-acre mixed-use tract in Chattahoochee Hills, GA, for Summer 2023. Since 1999, Clive has self-managed his real estate ventures, which include approximately 2,000 multifamily doors and 317 hotel keys.
