Recently at the walk through before a closing for one of Jill Glanzer’s Buyers, we discovered that the Seller failed to deliver the property in the condition that was agreed to in the contract and inspection addendum. The contract was supposed to include all television sets, and according the the inspection report the Seller was supposed to replace all of the light bulbs that where out.  Usually not a big deal, but when the ceiling is 20 feet tall, changing a lightbulb is not as simple as changing a lightbulb.
