Episode Synopsis

In the premiere episode of the Real Dental Podcast, host Jon Harris engages in a lively and topical discussion with guests Ragan Hartman and Carrie Cahill about what being a consumer of healthcare really means. Big insurance companies affect small practices more than patients might think, and dentists Ragan and Carrie are here to take the blame off of the dental practices and turn it on to the insurance companies.
Ragan and Carrie share their passion for conspiracy theories and apply it to the topic of insurance companies. They each share their own take on an insurance conspiracy theory and discuss the harm that insurance companies are not only doing to dental practices, but most importantly to their patients.
Jon, Carrie and Ragan also dive deep into the topic of technology and the importance of practicing self control with your cell phones, how to control technology urges, and admit to their own cell phone addictions.
Tune into the premiere episode of the Real Dental Podcast to get the inside scoop on big-wig insurance companies, technology’s effect on avid phone users, and some interesting conspiracy theory ideas.
