Ephesians 6:10-17 is the most concentrated passage about spiritual Warfare.
When the devil start to attack us,  as bible believing Christians we have the mentality that we have to pick up our sword, put the whole armor of God, the shield of faith, we got to stay strong and firm and hold up the shield of faith and wield the sword of the spirit. 
But in Ephesians 6:18 we are reminded to Praying always with all  prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all  perseverance and supplication for all saints;
When you picking up the armor you are not invincible, you need to kneel, we cannot fight without God.
