In this episode we talked about the true meaning of repentance is an action word. True repentance is followed by change. We also talked about John the Baptist rebuking the Pharisees and the Sadducees and warning them that it means nothing that they were born Jews. We read a number of scriptures explaining that a true Jew and God’s people are those who bear fruit. The true children of Abraham are those who put their trust in God. We read also the scripture in Gal. 3:9 which states all who put their faith in Christ are children of Abraham. We also discussed that we also must produce fruit once we say yes to Jesus. We can’t live any way we want to live…’shall we sin that Grace may abound, No! We discussed how we will be baptized with the Holy Ghost (Acts 2) and with fire (trials and test etc.).
