In this episode Joseph is elevated to the second in command in Egypt after interpreting Pharaoh’s two dreams. He also gives Pharaoh wise counsel about what he should do. We discussed that Joseph had 13 years of preparation before he was ready to be promoted. Just as Joseph did his best wherever he found himself (slave, in prison), we too must always do our best wherever we find ourselves.
