In this episode of Reading By Flashlight, we look at chapters 2 & 3 of Rick Riordan’s newest book! The book takes place during Percy’s senior year of school, and he has to get three recommendation letters in order to apply for New Rome University, the college he and Annabeth really want to go to. He has one already from helping out Ganymede in the previous book, and now he has been offered a quest by Hecate, the triple headed goddess. It’s not going to be as easy as Percy thinks.
