Happiness is one of those words that is often used but rarely spoken about in any detail. 
My good friend Dr Soutzos and I look at happiness from a few different angles. In our conversation we try to define happiness, discuss why people are unhappy, and more importantly what makes people happy.
Dr Soutzos also provides a few highlights from a few credible happiness studies that have been carried out - together with their conclusions.
