The notion of plant-based eating has been distorted in both alternative health environments and mainstream wellness culture, I look at the common notion that plant based eating is inherently restrictive, financially out of reach, or demands perfection via a contemplative and evidence-based perspective. This conversation provides a realistic perspective on what plant based eating really entails: a return to nourishment, simplicity, and intentional living via natural, plant-based foods.
