I keep doing that all the time because I have to make sure that I'm not at the bottom of this thing. You have to be able to guess the future. I want to meet know-it-alls and learn from them. Stress is nothing but a problem that has not been solved yet. To be a leader, you have to be humble. Treat your team well; they'll understand who you are. You cannot assume you know it all; be coachable. Reconnecting with family is one of the sweetest things. I learned why I was in business: to feed my ego.
