Listen "SecretBirds to Rare Birds and a Little in Between "
Episode Synopsis
Hello Everyone,
Welcome to the Rare Birds Podcast.
I know it has been quite some time since you have heard from me. My name is Jo-Ann, your big sis and the chief curator behind this podcast. For those of you who have been with me from the outset, thanks so much for patiently waiting for me to return. We have come a long way, indeed! To new friends you're invited to share in the mission. Our conversations are happy and relaxed. I am animated, therefore you will hear my guffaws, screams and random laughs. If this sounds like your kind of vibe, then sit back with your favourite cuppa and listen in. I am not an expert on anything. I make no claims! What I am is curious, adventurous and an amateur conversationalist. I am still learning how to be a better listener and speaker. I consider myself a conversationalist in training.
Through this platform I aim to share with you the untold stories of women and young people from emerging markets and developing economies. They are all early stage entrepreneurs building high impact businesses.' We discuss topics related to entrepreneurship, lifestyle and leadership. They all have an interesting perspective and through our dialogue I hope to create shifts and inspire conversation. SecretBirds to Rare Birds and a Little in Between is a short podcast whereby my dear London-based friend Esme interviews me. Through this listen you learn a little more about me and the evolution of this platform and me, from SecretBirds to RareBirds.
