Listen "Raptor Rambles - Katie Harrington"
Episode Synopsis
In Episode 2 I’m really pleased to be joined by Katie Harrington a research associate with Hawk Mountain in the USA.
Katie is studying the fascinating species that is the Striated caracara which is found on the remote islands of the Falklands. Caracara’s are some of the quirkiest and intelligent birds of prey you will ever come across and it’s fascinating to hear what is being discovered about them!
In this chat I find out all about this incredible species and how Katie found herself in some of the remotest islands in the world studying them!
