This week Randy is joined by Alex Fabish, a Real Estate Investor in Biddeford/Saco and the owner of Centurion Property Management.  They discuss Alex's start in the business from moving to LA to pursue music, to returning to Maine and becoming a stockbroker, buying his first multifamily investment property and eventually becoming the biggest property management company in the area.  Alex discusses the importance of building a good team and being aggressive when it comes to Real Estate Investing.
