With most guests, when I ask them about their favorite comic or character, I have an idea as to what their answer might be. 'Cause I know them, and probably have for some time. I've known Shane Simek for more than 20 years. He's a fellow comic book fan and a long-time collector of original artwork in the form of the commissions he gets at the various conventions we go to. And he's always happy to share with me and Craig the truly awesome pieces from some of the truly awesome artists he's befriended.
