In this episode, I talk about  learning to be more PRESENT and EMBRACING the season we are in, even if it is a little messy. I put out a poll on my instagram and what I found was that the majority of those who answered find it DIFFICULT to stay present and typically look towards the FUTURE.  AND I FEEL THAT. But if we are STUCK in the PAST or WAITING for something in the FUTURE, we can miss what is RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! So, I hope this episode can help you be MORE PRESENT.
