Jason Silver is a senior lead UX designer who most recently joined Netgear to support their Connected Home Products group. He has been honing his craft in the industry for the last 20 years; for the past 10 or so, his focus was primarily in Fintech at companies like Intuit, PayPal, and Clover. His passion centers around helping teams develop customer empathy and tirelessly advocating for the customer. When not working, he's often spending time with his family, practicing his digital photography skills, and training or running 5K's.
