The Cop talks about an experience with a kid in the “Bloods” gang and how, it was explained to the mom her son was a member. The mother refused to believe this. So a challenge emereged for the mom, that had stated she was buying her son a car. The Cop told the mom, get him a blue car and see if he takes it, which he refused.
