DELTA  IN THE CITY OF SMILES | RODNEY'S VIDEO REPORT: DNX went to two villages  where the first two Delta variant cases were reported by the Health  Department. One is Banago, a coastal village in northern Bacolod City  close to Talisay while the other, Sum-ag, is the southernmost village  bordering Bacolod with Bago City.
