In this episode, Tarraiz shares her journey throughout university and the importance of developing leadership skills. As a shy first-year student, Tarraiz soon realized the importance of creating a platform where students are able to share their ideas, build confidence and take leadership, which inspired her to establish the Management Communications Association. By leading multiple events while working at the Co-op department as well as taking initiative in the workplace, Tarraiz was able to successfully develop her skills, explore her passions and create valuable experiences for other students at UTSC.
