Additionally, Regan is a Senior Fellow at the U.S. Naval Academy's Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership. He's been integral in key projects on national security and ethical leadership. He has authored impactful books on Asymmetric Conflict and National Security Intelligence, including 'Drone Strike,' Professor Regan has served as law clerk to Justice William J. Brennan, Jr. on the U.S. Supreme Court and then-Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
