It’s not a secret, we’ve been plagued with audio issues. Episode 1 was most likely just a glitch in Skype, Episode 4 and Episode 5 – User Error, Mic placement, Mic default settings, etc.
As I struggled to figure it out, we still received support and positive feedback, and someone was nice enough to also point me in the right direction with the audio issues. For all that, we are truly thankful. We are a new podcast, we are new to podcasting. We are used to using a phone for recording. Not a camera with a separate mic. We are not audio engineers. This video is not only me testing out the mic setting, placement, etc prior to Episode 6, but it is also me venting in frustration. “One day you’ll look back and laugh at this” –perhaps. But what I’ll also look back and remember is who bear with us while we work out the kinks, and who started giving up on us because of the kinks.
I am also posting this because in and of itself, it is comical.
