Lawmakers in the United States are demanding answers after reports War Secretary Pete Hegseth allegedly ordered to leave no survivors during a US military strike on a vessel in the Caribbean.The Washington Post reports the Defense Secretary allegedly gave a spoken directive to "kill everybody" in September, which included two survivors who were clinging to the smouldering wreck.
