He is part of the consultancy firm Emprogage were he facilitates organizations to liberate human potential and organizational resilience and his own firm HumanBusiness were he uses a tool to listening to the pulse of an organization.

Jens is passionate about organizational design and architecture, social sustainability and employee engagement, as well as well-being. In his works he combines these aspects. As an entrepreneur Jens has co-created multiple initiatives and is supporting organizations in their evolutionary journey towards human-centric workplaces.
