Dr. Alex Ling, born 1964 in Vorst, Germany, followed the family tradition to become a general practitioner. Distrustful of the pharmaceutical-dominated healthcare system he encountered, he advocates a holistic approach to health, emphasising lifestyle and diet through self-awareness and spiritual practice.
With over two decades of experience in functional medicine, he helps clients pursue wellness and healing.Aside from medicine, Dr. Alex’s passions include art, particularly sculpting with stone.
Despite his family’s disapproval, a newly qualified Dr. Alex studied under Gerhard Richter at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, earning acclaim for his sculptures and clear ability to connect with the powerful raw materials of stone and minerals, even receiving a prestigious award from the Scottish Royal Academy.
Fascinated by megalithic sites in the UK and Ireland, he first visited at 18 and later settled in Glastonbury at 29, establishing a successful gallery to sell his sculptures.During his time in Glastonbury, Alex founded a group dedicated to the preservation and restoration of ancient wells, springs and waterways across Somerset’s farmlands.
These water sources had often been intentionally filled or blocked to discourage trespassing and in doing so, they restricted the flow and access to Glastonbury’s healing waters.In 1996/7 he travelled to Arizona and visited Sedona where he met Dolores Cannon.
It coincided with the arrival of the Phoenix lights and an invention to the last wedding which took place in the Old Oraibi Hopi reservation. In 2003 he travelled to Turkey where he studied Goebekli Tepe and other sites of Mesopotamia.
It was there where he connected the importance of frequencies and water. In 2005, he returned to Glastonbury, met his wife Vivienne, and settled in Cornwall, focusing on functional medicine, alchemy and researching the sacred elements of water, frankincense and myrrh.
In August 2023 he communicated with stone no 16 of the Merry Maidens Stone Circle in Cornwall using frequencies. The corresponding signal changed within the stone and it was the first of its kind ever recorded.
Dr Alex Ling will return to Turkey to complete his research.
