Cristian is an Author, DJ, TV producer, composer, painter, mystic and teacher:- LUCID dreaming, astral travelling and revelations are just some of the things Rockhampton author Cris Matheson says you can experience in what's known as the "Phase".
Cris, who is a graduate of The Monroe Institute, The College of Inner Knowledge, a current member of the OOBE (Out-of-Body Experience) Research Centre, and author of JC and Me at 33.
It's a world Cris said he's been navigating for over 30 years.
"Lucid dreaming, OOBEs (Out-of-Body Experiences), astral travelling, and even revelations occur in the Phase, and I personally have used this space to do all these things and more," he said.
"Studies show that the majority of people (60% to 90%) can enter the Phase within a few weeks if they follow certain procedures exactly. The Tibetans, for example, have practiced dream yoga for thousands of years and even the Dalai Lama is said to be an expert in the practice.
