About Suzanne McCahill Perrine:
Suzanne is a Yoga Teacher and Trainer; Ayurveda & Wellness Coach; Retreat Leader; Creator of Embodied Vitality for Women.

In 2005 after teaching dance and Pilates for several years, I opened The Center in Harrisonburg, VA and found myself drawn to yoga, wanting to offer it to our newly formed community. Soon thereafter, I signed up for my first training and fell in love with the practice. It was during this first training in 2006 that I was introduced to Ayurveda. Years later in 2017, I decided to deepen my understanding of this ancient practice not only for myself, but so I could teach it in our first teacher training.

Eventually, I was certified as an Ayurveda and Yoga Health Coach with Cate Stillman and Katie Silcox. And now, along with teaching yoga in Harrisonburg and online, my passion has grown for leading women in Ayurveda and wellness transformational journeys.

My passion is working and connecting with women in their peri-menopause years and beyond - helping them understand how to thrive, feel as home and at ease in their bodies, rediscover their deeper desires, and prioritize their health and passions.
