Maddy Playle is joined by Lee Mottershead to take a look back at the weekend of racing including the Betfair Chase.


The duo kick off by reviewing a thrilling day at Haydock which included Bravemansgame’s second start over fences. A Plus Tard destroyed the field in the Betfair Chase gaining an impressive RPR of 180. The Postcast team assess the performance of the victor and his rivals whilst also taking a look at the shake up in the Cheltenham Gold Cup market.


There were stars aplenty throughout Saturday’s action with Bob Olinger making his debut over fences at Gowran Park, Buzz proving himself a force over hurdles for the season and Lostintranslation rolling back the years. Maddy and Lee discuss the performances, picking out their highlights of the day.


The pair finish off by taking a look ahead to the Ladbrokes Trophy and the Fighting Fifth, giving their selections for the race and as always their NAP of the week.
