Olivia discusses how to channel your inner confidence, as well as perceiving the glass to be 'half full' rather than 'half empty.' 🥛 🌟Olivia served as the Advanced Sourcing manager for 4 years before moving to HR as the Endoscopy Division Sales HRBP in 2015. As an HR leader, Olivia is focused on employee relations, talent assessment, performance management, development, workforce planning, and recruiting functions. Olivia is now serving on the National Board for SAAN and is also a contributing member of the Stryk Veterans Association focusing on recruiting, retention and development of Veterans.Part of The IN Group Communities, Race in STEM a safe, judgement-free space to share one another’s experiences and ideas.
