Revelation Series (Chapter 14)
If you think Revelation is the end of the story, you might want to check your assumptions at the door. You want to be included in the plan, but don't think for a second that the millennium (as cool as that is) is where it all ends.
The 144000 is puzzling but offers hints that we're just getting started. They are described as first fruits. But: first fruits of what? They aren't the first Jews. They seem to come out of nowhere. They end up singing a song no one knows, perhaps the message: God is not finished even as Revelation comes to a close. We dig into the meaning of the 144000 here to discern what might come next.
