How do you train yourself to live in great emotions? It is a difficult task that can be accomplished. There are few things that we can do to live with great emotions than live our lives in depression.

You first have to make time for yourself. Focus on you and spend time with yourself at some point during the day. During this time, you want to maybe do some exercise, and than think on 3-5 things you are grateful for. Gratitude expels anger, hurt, and all those depressing emotions.

Also remember you do not control 100% of everything that happens in a day, however, you control how long you choose to stay in a depressing moment or situation. What I am saying is, if hurt and disappointments come, feel them because it is impossible not to, but do not dwell in them. Change your emotion by changing how you think about the situation.

Start changing the way you feel by changing your mindset.
