Listen "A business is a living being, it needs your time"
Episode Synopsis
Some times we start up a business not knowing how much of our time it will eat up, especially if you want a profitable business. Who would want anything less?
My Podcast this morning provoke the minds of individuals who say "I don't work hard, I work smart." To be honest, I really cannot relate to that sentence and I really do not understand it at all. How is working smart different from working hard?
Unless you are settling for mediocracy, and you do not want a great deal of return on your investment, Than you are not going to be concerned if your business fails. But my friends, if you want more and a strong business that will become profitable, your hands will get dirty. And what I mean is, you will have to put in the over time, to plan, to strategize, to develop new ideas to keep your business viable, because anything less, your business will crumble.
I am not sure about you, but I did not start a business to test it out. I have a long term goal and I want to leave a legacy for my children so they do not have to struggle as much as I am doing now. I want to impact the workforce and make jobs available for families, I want to give back to my community financially and in order to do all this, my business but live and thrive. These are few reasons why I will not settle for mediocracy.
My businesses are intentional and I hope yours is too. Good morning beautiful sisters.
