Listen "What to Do When You Can't Sleep"
Episode Synopsis
What to Do When You Can't Sleep When sleep escapes you and the quiet of night feels loud with worry, you're not alone. God is just as present in the midnight hour as He is in the sunlight. Sometimes, sleepless nights are a holy invitation—not to panic, but to pray. In the stillness, when the world quiets down, your heart is more tender to hear His whisper. Psalm 121:4 reminds us, "Indeed, He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." While you long for rest, God never tires of watching over you. He sees the thoughts racing through your mind and the heaviness in your soul. And He gently whispers, "Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). So tonight, instead of fighting the silence, lean into it. Turn your worries into prayers. Play worship music. Meditate on His promises. Let God's presence become your peace. Even when sleep doesn't come easily, rest is still possible—because rest isn't only found in closed eyes, but in a calmed heart held by God. He's with you, even now. And that changes everything. "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." – Psalm 4:8
