Episode Synopsis
Most people begin to experience brain atrophy at about 40 years of age, give or take. As people age the rate of shrinkage speeds up, increasing the risk to several health issues including but not limited to memory and cognitive issues. In this episode we discuss a simple option for keeping the gray matter and hippocampus vibrant. While this episode focuses on cognitive decline with age, remember that the young also need similar support for brain volume development up through 20 years of age or so.
