It's no longer enough to just go in an do your job.  You MUST bring value to the organization.  How will you bring value if you fail to develop?  Today's episode is about bringing value through self development.  There are so many ways to develop individually, there is no excuse to not engage in some form of improvement.  
Money can't be the excuse... there are millions of free resources at your fingertips.  Books, videos, podcasts, courses, peer-to-peer conversation, healthy living, mediation, and so much more.  
As we close out 2020, make a deliberate plan to engage in self development, and in doing so, you'll bring value to your organization and become a better version of yourself!
