Knowing your worth and value and being able to articulate it is an important life skill that will open many opportunities for you. Too many people complain of not being paid or valued enough, yet they don’t know how to articulate and negotiate their worth.In both the business and the professional world, you’ll often find people who have a tremendous set of skills, yet they can’t tell their story or negotiate for compensation worth their skills or value. For instance, in an interview setting, the interviewers will assess your worth based on how well you sell yourself.Whenever you are negotiating your value, you should always present any type of skills, qualifications, and facts that make the other party see all that you are bringing to the table.
