He also serves as a corporate consultant, helping them clearly define their mission, vision, and values, and is a subject matter expert on multi-generational shifts, talent attraction, engagement, retention, and social communications.

He was recognized as one of Oakland County’s Elite 40 under 40 in 2018, and appointed Chair of Economic Workforce Development in Auburn Hills in 2019. His first book “Finding Purpose At Work” is set to be released Fall 2020. Davin currently resides in Macomb, Michigan with his wife Amy and their two children.
