We talk about how she got into counseling and why. We talk about her counseling approach, and what made her so effective for 25 years in the same school. Then we talk about what caused her to switch schools after all that time, and how she almost retired. She explains the importance of relationships in schools and how it truly takes a village to raise a child. This is one of favorite interviews, but who wouldn't love interviewing their idol.
