A Sunday morning brainstorming session and breakfast are good when you enjoy diner-style food with a cup of coffee or a tall glass of orange juice. My co-host, Victoria, and I ate at Pappy's Diner in Santa Maria off the 101 freeway while creating content for this podcast. We both enjoyed omelets but chose two very different styles than the other. She had a Ranchero, and I ordered a California-style Omelet. She also ordered Rye bread while I ordered an English Muffin. Both meals are considered healthy but hers was healthier than mine.
