It's been awhile but Proving Grounds is finally back in action for the summer split. We have 32 teams in the first open qualifier for the first tier 2 tournament, Challenger's Uprising, so we brought on our good friend Raafaa to go over the rosters participating as we all give our thoughts on what the teams look like going into this split.
