Listen "Ep 11. Pronouncing X- Two Ways"
Episode Synopsis
Listen to these distinctly different pronunciations for the same letter. It all depends on which sound is following the letter X. Here's the breakdown. If the sound after X is a consonant sound it will be pronounced "ks". If the sound after the X is a vowel sound and the next syllable is stressed (bigger, louder and longer) than it will sound like a "gz". Easy cheesy.Private coaching?
